Annual Meeting and Special Meeting of the Owners

Special Note: The proposed revisions to the Condominium governing documents will be voted on. Please review the original documents and the draft changes under the Corporate Documents tab . The revised drafts to be voted on are also listed below.
The Board of Directors meets quarterly and all owners are welcome to attend. Each meeting will allow time for owners to address the Board with any items of interest to the owners. Notification of the meetings will be published on this site as well as by e-mail no less than 14 days prior to the meeting. The meetings typically take place in the BPCA Conference Room and a Zoom link is also available to those who aren't able to attend in person.
Florida law requires a budget meeting be held no less than 15 days before the beginning of the new fiscal year which runs from January 1 - December 31. Notifications of all meeting will be provided in the manner listed above.
Currently, the Board's annual meeting is held in February. Florida law requires that the first Annual Meeting notice be sent no less than 60 days prior to the meeting date. Owners can self-nominate for the Board of Directors and nominations must be received 40 days prior to the meeting. The 2nd meeting notice and proposed slate of nominees for the Board of Directors will be provided no less than 30 days prior to the meeting if an election is required.
Special Meetings are called from time to time as necessary. All notification methods follow the regular meeting requirements.
