Legend Villas is in the process of evaluating the rebuild of flat roofs that were built 50 years ago. We expect the replacement will be in approximately 5 years, at the time the shingles are replaced on our slanted roofs. We expect the cost for the entire project to be over $300,000.00.  After evaluating options, we will determine financing and assessment options.  Unexpected repairs are managed within the existing budget, reserves or special assessments.
